Today was race day, so I’ve gotten my cardio and almost all of my core stuff done for the day.
I ran a 5k. More like walk/jogged, but reached my best 5K time, official and otherwise. Will write about that one more in a separate post.
In terms of the 30 day core challenge, I’ve gotten most of that done. Just need elbow to knee planks.
So far, a productive day and it’s not even noon.
