So I blew through today and overdid it at 10.9k steps. Now Breeze is totally going to set ridiculous step goals and I’ll be pacing in the lobby just to make count. Oh wait, I already do that.
Ab challenge is whipping my midsection into a frenzy. I legitimately am sore all over, and tomorrow is a run day.
Leg day went ok today. Didn’t do any squat jumps, but I did add a couple more reps to squats, lunges, and jumping jacks overall. Every bit counts.
