All day everyday. Attempted my first 2:00 min plank today. It went well. I will probably up to 2:00 from 1:30 from now on.
Today’s run was ok too–didn’t push on extra distance, but still churned out a respectable 1.5 mi in 17 minutes or so. I want to regularly run 2 miles in 20 minutes, so that’s the next goal–adding a little bit more distance to get to a solid 2 miles.
Tomorrow is leg day and if I have energy after work, I’ll head over to the beach for a sand run.
