I fell asleep before posting last night. Not that I did much. Been busy with work this whole week and putting off exercise until late night meant that I did not have the energy to do it at all. I cured it on Monday by doing some late night kickboxing. I got core done yesterday and am on track to do it tonight. Cardio did not happen though. Will have to fix it tonight. My step count this week isn’t bad, but it’s still pretty mediocre. Will have to make this up the rest of the week.
